As more and more people age in North Carolina, APS guardianship is increasing, and it’s vital for APS to be effective protectors and caretakers. That’s why they want your input. You can give the department valuable insight into how people are actually experiencing their services.
This issue also affects healthcare costs. Seniors without help can wind up needing expensive emergency care because preventable conditions have escalated. So let’s help them ensure that the rest of their lives are healthy and peaceful — and more affordable, too.
