The NC General Assembly is considering a bill that would significantly increase what you pay at the pharmacy. The bill creates a new Pharmacy Tax on consumers which will raise the cost of every prescription you fill. It will be a windfall for Big Pharma and big pharmacy chains, but has no added benefits for consumers.
